Too simple - filled out an application, was sent to a local health center to take a drug test, and was hired a week later.

Honestly - don't bother applying, the simple hiring process should have been a turn off.

You must first go through a telephone screening process before you can be asked in for an interview. If you pass through the screening process then the next step is to come in for a one on one interview. The interview went very well and they asked the basic interview questions such as how well do you work with others, etc. as well as why you think you should be hired for the job.
