I would have to say “why do you want to work for this company” is the most difficult. The honest answer would be to say because I need a job to pay my bills but we all know they want something more personal and want to hear something positive about their company.
I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.

Only one interview was conducted, with the store manager. Drug test and background check were required. Standard interview questions--nothing complex, no logic or math assessments were required to be completed.

Simple and easy. Average, typical interview questions. very casual and comfortable. Met with the regional manager and answered 4-5 questions. discussed availability and expected job duties and responsibilities as well as pay.
