I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Riverside Research Institute (Dayton, OH) in June 2013.

    Interview

Very informal interview. Basically just had a conversation about my skills, experiences, and aspirations with the director of the team I would be joining. Met several senior-level members of the technical staff and had conversations with them as well. I did go over some of the technical projects that I worked on in the past and discussed some of the company's flagship products as well. I was contacted by phone the following day with an offer.
