It was a standard recruitment process, 1st phone, 2nd Skype and 3rd with the HR Director. Questions range from typical for screening to more detailed about your motivation or contribution to the company. The screening process during onboarding was long.

The interview process was smooth, with four rounds involving different team members and senior leaders. Most interactions were positive and friendly. The final interview with the CEO felt slightly awkward, as the discussion around career tenure did not fully account for the impact of COVID lockdowns and global layoffs, which have affected many professionals.
