The initial communication was via email which requested an available time for the preliminary telephone interview. The telephone interview was about 30 minutes to gauge interest and experience with some examples. The talent specialist was very kind, thoughtful and thorough. Even though I did not make it to the next round, she was courteous to call me and inform me of their decision not to proceed. Which is a welcome change from the typical email.
