Interviewer told me why they recruited him for 10 minutes, then asked 1 question, and while responding, he took personal phone call for over 10 minutes. When returned, asked if I had any questions, then interview was over. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. Not worth my time even driving there.

    Interview

Filled out an application form online HR contacted me several weeks later via email to schedule a group interview and from there I went to interview in the department. In the "unit" interview I met with some of the leaders of the floor and the manager. First I met with the Nurse manager and was asked similar questions "why would I be a good fit?" what kind of experience I had and what I knew about the facility. Then I was group interviewed by the staff on the unity they also asked similar questions and gave me situations I would be faced with to give me a better understanding of the position.

    Interview

You can apply online for specific jobs through the website, but I as a new nurse also spoke to the recruiter about what areas of the hospital might interest me. I interviewed on a few different floors. For each I met with the manager, shadowed on the floor for a few hours, and did a peer interview with nurses and techs from the floor. There was a list of questions that each of the floors chose from and I never got the same one twice. Most of them were about what you would do in certain situations.
