Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rogers Communications (Toronto, ON (Canada)).

Interview

First round HR phone call with basic personality questions, second round call with hiring manager to show portfolio of work - all pretty easy questions, I liked the HR recruiter who detailed how long the process was going to take and expectations up front.
Third round was strange - back to back interviews with current team members but met other candidate in the lift up. It was a very awkward encounter.
Didn't hear back for ages afterwards, but eventually HR recruiter called to tell me I was unsuccessful. Gutting, but I'm impressed she gave me a call regardless - they seem like a good bunch.
