Very easy not many questions only when I could work and did I have any experience stocking but not like it matters you didn’t need any experience required: very simple not much else to say
- Do you have any stock experience

Was a very easy process. Got the job right there on the stop. But had to spend 3 hours watching videos about different areas of the store and where things go but you get paid for that.

It was very low key; more like a casual conversation than a professional nerve wracking interview. It was over within 15 minutes. The interview wasn't the hard part, all the contact i had to make with the company during the hiring process after the interview was the real pain.
- Why do you want to work for us?

Was interviewed on campus for an Internship at Ross. They reached out for an interview after a couple months. After the interview, I received an offer just a few days later.
- Pretty basic interview questions. They asked about work experience, leadership activities, etc.

It was Brief. Mainly about availability and work experience. If you know a person who works there, even better. Easy hire during holiday season. Once they offer you a position, you must go through a background check and then come in for an on boarding process. In total it takes about 2/3 weeks if you're adamant about the job, more if the managers aren't on the process.
- Can you work Holidays?
