Very casual, talked about my experience and see if I would be a good fit for the position. Based on how well I interacted with the interviewer. The person was very kind and caring through the whole conversation.
Manager was relaxed, environment was welcoming. The whole thing felt very typical but pretty much what you would expect being interviewed at a restaurant. Expectations were clear and matched what the job entailed.

Interview
The interview process was very easy. I submitted my application and got a call back within a week. Then I went in for an interview and the questions were very simple to answer. Mostly about any previous experience and what my availability looked like. Interviewing manager was very nice and professional.
