First, I had to check in the guard shack. The take your ID and I guess run some sort of short check. Then they call someone to come pick you up and take you to the office. Tried to make small talk with the person giving me ride. Seemed like it went well.
- I do not remember a lot of the questions interview was some time ago. First one was standard tell us about yourself. The second one was why did you leave the company you had over a decade with.
- Not really a question but a comment. Got turned down and like most companies, these days have no idea why. Had to badger them to finally get an answer. Despite apparently not being qualified enough for their position went on to pass 5 IT tests to become IT, teacher. Then later they go on local TV station saying how they can not find qualified workers in the area.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SABIC (Mount Vernon, IN)
Interview consisted of meeting the hiring manager and talking about the political aspects of working with that company. Manager thought I would be a good fit but explained there was push back to hire someone that was connected to upper management levels of the manufacturing organization. My feeling was that it would be better to decline the position than to accept it due to the impact upon hiring manager by upper management if I was hired. Waste of time to apply and interview. I left the company with a bad taste of how employees would be able to establish a career and advance to their highest potential.
- No questions were asked.

Most of the 1 on 1 interviews were fine. I had a more technical 1 on 1 interview with a guy who was a huge jerk. I wouldn't ever want to work with someone like that. I don't care how smart you are, if you are a jerk I'm not working for you.

I talked to representatives at the booth at my school's career fair and gave them my resume. Later, I had a phone interview with an engineer who asked me a couple basic questions about schoolwork and any previous internships I had. A week or so later, I received an offer through email.
- Describe a project you did at your most recent internship or job. What was the most challenging part? Was it a group project or solo? Is there anything you wish you did differently?
