Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Oak Ridge, TN) in May 2012.

Interview

Submit updated resume to temp service, get a call to go to interview, went to interview and took a short multiple choice questionare that was very simple, face to face interview, then a call from the recruiter within 24 hours with a response and a start date.

Negotiation

There wasn't any, everyone on this desk is same pay as temp to perm, less than .25 cents more an hour to get hired permanent, which normally takes about a year or sometimes more.
