The Initial Interview was done by Phone and then I was brought in and conducted a face to face interview. It all was a smooth very informative process. Questions were what can I do for the company, why do I want to be part of SAIC, Tell me your strengths and weaaknesses.

    Negotiation

Straight forward. I gave a range of where I needed to be, we talked about it they low-balled me, I stuck to my guns and I got what I wanted. I told them fair market value for someone of my skill set was XXXXXX and I would appreciate it if they could meet me there.
