It's all who you know and not what you know, make friends with your store manager and district manager, the only time I applied for corporate Safeway after working there for 2 years I got an email response saying they had more experienced canadates so if you're trying for corporate you need resume experience and probably industry recommendations

    There is a process before being accepted. You must first pass a test of competencies ( you can not study for this). Be referred highly by immediate supervisor and then pass a panel interview along with a background check.
