I applied online. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s in Jul 2022

Interview

Interview itself was very standard and quick just a few scenario based questions and questions on availability. Waited in the staff room for my interview for almost half an hour, interviewer was cold which might have been due to nerves, and barely looked at me the whole time apart from when it had finished. Whole experience was a bit weird.

Interview

Quick 15 minute interview, discussed previous experience but was not required and walked around the store. Manager I spoke to was very chatty and was a very informal interview, mostly trying to gauge if I was able to do the job. Was offered job on the spot.

Sainsbury's

Hi all, Got a bit of an odd request. I'm a Project Manager at Sainsbury's based in Holborn and was wondering if anyone would be able to give me a tour of their London Big4 office?? I've never been in their office and I would like to visualise what I'm striving for. Willing to meet up for a coffee before hand or have an initial call. Coffee's on me! TIA

Quite a vigorous and in depth process, at the end there is a test. There is a panel of interviewers and the interview lasted around 45 minutes to 1 hour.
