I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Feb 2012
Interview
Very nice, everyone was straightforward on what was going to happen. People called and emailed when they were supposed to. Forms and everything were overnighted I could always email or call if I had any questions. Everything just seemed so organized especially since it was over the phone/mail as I don't live near HQ.

Question 1
The interview was basically a few hour long programming problem. It was a bit more difficult than I expected, but it was a fun problem to solve at the same time.
Questions were asked from dsa and resume and the person who took the interview was polite and knowledgeable. He went through my resume before starting to ask any questions that might be irrelevant
It was good and easy. Had an easy going conversation and enjoy the manager that interview me. I liked the work environment and there and I enjoyed the overall culture. The work was fun to do as well.
