    Standard interview process - met with Human Resources, Senior Auditors, the Manager and Partner. Laid back approach, no particularly difficult questions. They want to know your capabilities and how you will mesh with the firm's culture. Each employee participates in a questionnaire that in turn is given to a potential candidate to ensure they are a good fit.

    Interview

    Interviewed with two of the four partners, along with the audit manager. Standard office interview process, along with an employee lunch. Very welcoming and personal, enjoyed the time spent.

    I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Salmon Sims Thomas & Associates PLLC in April 2012.

    Interview

    Interviews consisted of on campus pre-screening interview prior to an office visit and panel of interviews throughout the morning. Following the interviews if selected, an interview with a clinical psychologist was required. Different interviewers asked a form list of questions and attempted to get a feel for your personality. Lunch was provided with additional staff to answer questions regarding the company.
