Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sandhills Global.

Interview

- Applied online and received a call in around a week
- Had an initial phone screen with an HR rep, mostly personality questions, some very basic programming questions (e.g. What is the difference between server side and client side code)
- Had an on campus interview with the same HR rep, just more personality stuff, no technical questions here, watched a short video about the company and went on a brief tour
- Had a final interview with my team lead, went over my school history, classes I had taken, projects I had worked on, talked about what my interests were in programming, asked me to write out a very simple programming problem on a sheet of paper, seemed more like a test to make sure I wasn't lying about being able to program
