Interview
The interview was 2 hrs long interview. Two parts; the first part is technical interviews by engineers and the second interview is more like a presentation by HR about the company and benefits but both are relaxing interview questions.

Question 1
Tell me the process of designing for a substation design project. (one line, three lines, AC/DC scheme, wiring...etc)
2 hours with multiple individuals. It was more of a conversation for the team to judge the candidates work flow approach. There weren't a lot of technical questions asked, They asked about candidate's professional experience and previous projects.

Applied online. Took less than a month to get an interview at Chicago Office. Met with five or six people. They took you out on a lunch as well.

Question 1
HR asks many behavioral questions such as "Give me an example when you did xxx".
Expect some basic technical questions, which i basically dropped the ball and didn't know how to answer them properly. Some basic electric terms. That's probably i didn't get the job.
