My interview was short. I basically answered questions about my previous jobs and what I wanted to achieve while working for Save A Lot.

    Interview

You basically go in and answer typical interview questions. By this point they already know if they want to hire you. You don't want to work here anyway.. big gossip place.. they drop meat on the floor and still sell it to customers ... they rewrap meat so it is rotten when you get it and upper management tells them to do this ... sad part is they don't feel bad... this is why I gave my 2 weeks after 10 years of working here, after finding this out

    Meat Cutter Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Save-A-Lot Food Stores (Cleveland, OH) in January 2013.

    Interview

Awful. No real questions if I was any good. They told me after a 5 minute interview I had the job. They are so desperate for meat cutters. It was the shortest, weirdist interview I have ever had. It was a joke. The district meat guy who interviews me spent more time on his phone than talking to me. Ibshould have known to walknaway right there. The company in general is the same.
