    Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schreiber Foods (Gainesville, FL) in December 2009.

    Interview

After submitting a resume and cover letter online I received an email asking me to complete an online survey. The survey consisted of mostly personality based questions with a few skills based questions mixed in (mostly math related). About a week after submitting the survey I received an email asking to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of leadership questions, a more detailed explanation of the job and the opportunity to ask questions. A little over a week later I received an email stating they wanted to pursue other candidates.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schreiber Foods (West Bend, WI) in March 2011.

    Interview

Had 2 phone interviews, first with HR then the hiring manager. Got an onsite interview which consisted of an all day panel interview process. There were 3 rounds of interviews each lasting a little over an hour. They say this is an entry-level position, but they are actually looking for someone very specific. You must be willing to work weekends and overtime especially during the holidays. 9-10 hour days are normal.

    Interview

The process was a little atypical. I had to complete an assessment test before getting an email to set up a skype interview. The skype interview was with HR and it was purely behavioral. The position seemed a little out of the ordinary for an entry level position because you would be managing people from the get go.

    Interview

I wasn't thoroughly prepared for the first phase of the interview. If I was prepared then I could've done well with the interview but nonetheless, the interviewer was very attentive and engages on your responses.
