Interview
Very typical to other interviews listed here, I was called to schedule an interview after applying online, went in the following day, the manager who was supposed to interview me was out that day so another stepped aside to interview. He asked some very typical questions and briefly explained the position and the second interview. Was never called for a second interview, likely they just found a more suitable candidate. Beginning to end, the interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.

2 way conversation, very collaborative. Asked numerous behavioral questions what software programs are you familiar with? do you have experience with Jira project management systems. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee

1. Submit the CV first
2. The company review the CV.
3. If all required thing mach , they call for the interview.
4. Ask about my self/ My hobby/ Aim/ Experience/ Education.
5. If all are ok they call for next interview and finalize.

Interview
The interview was easy and quick but it took a couple of months for a confirmed answer. This is quite normal for most corporate jobs hut overall it was good.
