I pretended an object was a gps ( which you will be "selling". Be friendly and smile, ask the "customer" what are their plans while there here & give advice about somewhere they should visit. Then offer your sale use 2 features & 2 benefits of whatever you end up "selling" to your interviewer. It doesn't have to be a gps.
