    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Severn Trent Services.

    Interview

Lengthy, more concerned about what not to say to people other than job duties or functionality. People in the interview are more concerned if your breathing and will show up to work other than if you know what your doing. Wich is sad because some of the people who work here seem they belong in green acres.

    Interview

Fair and direct. Very straight-forward. Clearly communicated expectations for the position and timelines. Described company expectations and values. Provided name of hiring manager and communicated his expectations for the position. Didn't proceed in the interview due to my salary expectations.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Severn Trent Services (Colmar, PA) in February 2012.

    Interview

I first met with the hiring manager. Since he knew people from my previous employer I felt like he didn't do his homework beforehand to see I worked there. He passed me off to the woman who currently had the job feeling as though he was going to call his old buddies to get the scoop on me. Then I was sent to HR to meet with a newly hired HR person. She was very nice just not a seasoned interviewer. The company is clearly old school. The woman referred to her manager as "Mr. xxx" If offered this position I would have turned it down. The building inside was beautiful. Just not a position for a modern forward thinking person.
