The careers website had practice questions that were very similar to the real test.

Phone interview and one in person interview. It was an amazing interview with my current boss whom is very down to earth. My biggest challenge in the process was taking a hair test. Although I do not do drugs, it made me worry if I had been in the vacinity of someone doing drugs.
