ShenCoh Associates interview questions

I was interviewed initially by the Operations Manager and the invites for a second interview at which one of the directors was present. The first interview was conversational in style and with standard interview questions. At the second interview, the company director present asked questions that were irrelevant to the role, e.g. age, marital status and whether I had children.
