Interview
During the interview, I was asked a few questions, including both technical and behavioral questions. The interviewer focused on understanding my background, relevant skills, and interest in the R&D field The interviewer was very engaging and helped make the process feel like a natural conversation. It wasn’t just about testing knowledge, but also about gauging how I would fit into the team and contribute to the company’s goals.

Interview
I had an initial interview with someone from their HR Hiring team. This was generally discussing the position and confirming the logistics (location and pay). Then a second round interview with chemists from different business units within the company.
