1st round interview/screening with current staff technical writer to discuss the company and the position as well my background as a candidate. It was very loose and informal, though perhaps lacking structure and a little unclear as to the long term trajectory of the position would be. Presumably the next round would be with the CTO, to whom the position would be a direct report.
