Interview
Written test followed by group discussion & thereafter Interview. Since it was an open Campus, around 400 people appeared for written test, 100 qualified for Group discussion, 20 for interview & finally 4 were selected. Process lasted for a day and thereafter selected 4 were called for HR interview. Simple process just being confident & basic knowledge of relevant field of study is required

Tell me about yourself?
What value you can add?
Why do you think we should hire you?
General Technical questions.
Given a scenario, How will you act if such & such thing happens?
Relevant basic Mechanical questions?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Signode (Hisār)
Interview
Called directly for interview & asked some questions abt the field i was working. Then interviewed in Delhi & same questions were asked. Salary negotiations done in Hyd
