Simpl Software Engineer interview questions

I went through four rounds of interviews - core javascript, react machine coding, a technical round with engineering manager and an HR round. Interviewers were really frliendly and were looking for best practices, problem solving approach and ability to dismantle the problem and convert it into code, rather than simply looking at a predefined right or wrong solution. Overall I admire the interview process and would recommend them to maintain this standard.
