    I got a call back in 3 days. I went in for my interview and she just talked to me about my availability and then I got the job. Not much of an interview. She showed me around the kitchen and introduced me to people. The process took about 2 weeks and they do drug test.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Sisters of Providence Health (Springfield, MA) in December 2014.

    Interview

    After filling out the interview online, they emailed me a week later to set up an in person interview. After the interview they followed up the following week to meet with the rest of the team. After meeting each individual team member, another week passed and HR called with the offer. After a little negotiation I accepted the terms and came in to fill out the paperwork. I started the following week with orientation being my first day.

    Interview process was very relaxed. Just be professional, be yourself, and if your resume exactly matches the job description you will be fairly considered. This was a very standard interview process based on my previous experiences.

    The interview process was thorough and rigorous. I was asked back twice and the entire process took over a month. The former Director had been in the position for many years, so the hiring of a new Director included staff that ultimately reported to me. The onsite interviews included two group interviews with both staff reporting to me and Senior Management Team Colleagues
