Skookum Contract Services Interview Questions

Interviewed by the site manager as well as by the managers of different sections. Questions are very basic and simple. Managers are engaging and will ask follow up questions. The whole interview is pretty quick and simple.

I applied and did the Interview for both positions I have Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Air Break Endorsement and got No Offer I have 11 years of experience with driving Commercial And I also interviewed for Materials Handler position and have experience 13 years and nothing no offer at all. At first went thru 2 phone calls for the interview. They were pretty casual. Afterwards I went into the process of a background check which took about 7 business days and received another phone call informing the next process which was completing and signing documents. Whole entire process haven’t met anyone in person everything has been handled over the phone and emails.

Applied online had 2 interviews. Heard back right away and was offered the job. Entire process took about 2 weeks. Very friendly during the interview and made me feel welcome.

The interview was very laid back. They know that you are nervous and want to put you at ease. Just stay confident and if you are not sure about something just be honest about it. Overall good experience

Applied online, received a call to schedule an interview, attended interview. Met with the Supervisor and Manager at the corporate office. Completed a skills test before I left. Both ladies were nice and easy to talk with. Hopefully I get the job! 🤞

One initial interview with two recruiters, then a second interview the following day with the recruiters plus the HR Department Head. The first interview was a typical question based interview, the second was more in depth & related more to the job requirements.

Brief and informal. Very few questions asked. Disorganized. Very awkward interview style and questions. The interviewer seemed unprepared for the interview. I would not recommend interviewing with this company. The pay seems above average. But the interview did not reflect well on the company.

I applied online and I was contacted by a recruiting department by phone. I went to one interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It went well and the manager and employees were very nice. I received a call the following day saying I had been selected for the position and I sent required background check information and documents via email. I was working the next week!

Interviews several internal and external candidates. You met with a engineering supply supervisor and the operations manager. They asked typical questions about your experience and military experience if you have any.
