At first went thru 2 phone calls for the interview. They were pretty casual. Afterwards I went into the process of a background check which took about 7 business days and received another phone call informing the next process which was completing and signing documents. Brief and informal. Very few questions asked. Disorganized. Very awkward interview style and questions. The interviewer seemed unprepared for the interview. I would not recommend interviewing with this company. The pay seems above average. But the interview did not reflect well on the company.
