I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO)
Interview
Disorganized, unecessarily long. Role requirements kept switching throughought the process. Every person I spoke to had a different idea of the person I would be
supporting. Nepostism is a problem at Slalom.

Question 1
What was a time when you had to handle many tasks at once and how did you solve it?
Chaotic, role changed with each interview, and drawn out process. They didn't seem to know exactly who I'd be supporting or how many people and this number changed every time I had an interview up until Day 1 when I started.

Question 1
Name a time you had to overcome a challenge and how you overcame it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2021
Interview
I interviewed for two positions at Slalom. The first one, the recruiting coordinator said she would pass me through to the second round, but I never heard back from her.
Next, I was an internal referral for a position and was contacted. After six (6!) interviews, silence. I had to reach out twice and didn't hear anything for a month after my final interview.
Despite my hesitations, I recently spoke with their recruiting team about another open position and they were already considering me, according to the recruiter. That was a month ago.
They are in the midst of massive growth right now, it might be time for them to at least consider sending out form letters to people they don't hire.

Question 1
They asked me to describe the position I was applying for, and what I thought I would be doing on a daily basis in my role.
