The interview process is very comfortable! It utilizes STAR/SHARE interview styles, so if you read up on that method and do some practice, the interview will go very well!
There are also a couple people interviewing, just relax and don’t think of what’s after, but in the moment and you’re gold.

When was the last time you. Volunteered for a project?
Started with a phone screening call and they never got back to me. Asked me a lot about abilities and how flexible my class schedules are. Had some weird questions about why I chose my major.
They gave me a phone screen. Asked some basic questions about availability and mobility in the summer. They stressed the importance of having a car. They also conducted a Resume walkthrough.
Short phone interview to get the logisitics for the actual interview. The interview was held over Microsoft Teams and was purely behavioral questions. There was not more than 5 questions and plenty of time for questions after.
