Screener as well as 2 Technical Rounds involving a previous research project slide deck and going through methodology and why I chose to make certain decisions within that process. From applying to offer it took about 5 weeks.

Talk me through a research project you conducted and the insights you uncovered?
Congratulations on your offer, and welcome to the SoFi Internship Program! We believe our interns are the future of fintech and play a critical role in helping our members get their money right, so we're thrilled to have you join us. We appreciate you sharing so others have an idea of what to expect for similar roles. Once again, welcome to SoFi, and we are excited to start working with you!
The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial conversation with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and a final round with the VP. Across all stages, the questions were primarily behavioral, focusing on past experiences, teamwork, and problem-solving. Each round built on the previous one, with the later interviews going more in depth on both my experiences and how I approach challenges. Overall, the process was fairly efficient, taking about two weeks from the initial outreach to the final decision.
Smooth, there was an initial recuriter call, and then a first round with the hiring manager, and second round with the team you'd be working with. Recruiter was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
There was a Resume and cover letter drop, recruiter screen, and then talk with hiring managers and other people on the team. Great and smooth process, people are warm and supportive.
