    Negotiation

I didn't get to negotiate salary because the company has a cap on current employees and percentage they can have when going to a new position. I already worked for hte company. If it had not been that I wanted to move to area where position was located, I wouldn't have accepted the terms.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Springfield, IL) in April 2011.

    Interview

3 step process similar to others. Recruiters first The phone interview with district manager before a client interview. The recruiter looks for basic experience. The phone interview takes about 45 minutes using several "tell me about a time" questions. The client interview is less explanitory since each client is different. Mission vision and values were very helpful.

Screening process same as most 10 questions and done, no chance for any conversation. Second interview was with GM and RVP about an hour and delved into more job explanation than focused on candidate. Felt at times they were trying to convince me to accept job. Got the job
