Interview
Test was followed by personal interview which was then followed by HR round. It took almost 1 day to complete all rounds and then offer was released after 1 month.
The Online test consist of questions from various domains and an essay writing. This is a time based test and each section is allocated specific time. Different sections of the test are :

I was interviewed at softlink Aundh pune.the process was quite easy.It was of 4 rounds.First round was aptitude in that time ,distance ,profit loss ,average such types of problems. Then there was group discussion.then there was technical round followed by hr round.The process was neat and clean.they made us comfortable in the interview.

The process consisted of 2 rounds after written exam was cleared and first round was technical interview followed by HR. my experience was not satisfied as the procedure was not fair .
