    Le processus d'embauche à commencé par un évènement pour rencontrer les candidats, puis des entretiens techniques.
    La RH m'a dit qu'elle va retourner vers moi pour me donner des nouvelles sur ma candidature, mais elle l'a pas fait.
    J'étais choquée par le fait qu'une RH juge min niveau technique alors que je suis sûr et certaine qu'elle n'en sait rien, elle ne m'a pas donné la chance de montrer mes compétences techniques et était très fermée avec moi.
    Je trouve ça dommage car une RH incompétente comme ça fait perdre l'entreprise beaucoup de profils intéressent car ce cas s'était reproduit avec d'autres collègue à moi et que nous tous avons décidé de laisser tomber cette entreprise malgré que nous n'avons rien contre l'organisation en soit.

    Goed gesprek. Mijn gesprekspartners waren oprecht in mij geïnteresseerd en werkte goed met mij samen om mijn cv te matchen aan de openstaande vacature. De procedure verloopt door eerst een eerste gesprek te voeren met een unit manager, vervolgens word je gevraagd een online capaciteiten/IQ test te maken. Wanneer deze succesvol is volgt een tweede gesprek met een manager. Wanneer dit allemaal succesvol verloopt doen ze een aanbieding.

    Via een corporate recruiter van Sogeti op LinkedIn werd gevraagd om eens een kopje koffie te komen drinken met de manager van de Microsoft community binnen Sogeti, Toine de Laet. Ik was wel al een aantal jaren actief als software developer, maar nog niet eerder ervaring met detachering en al helemaal niet met zo'n grote club. Toine wist heel goed uit te leggen wat de voor en nadelen zijn van detachering en van het werken bij een grotere of een kleinere club. Ik had heel veel hier aan. Met de intentie om het bij Sogeti te proberen heb ik de sollicitatie procedure afgemaakt na dit gesprek. Dit bestond uit een gesprek met unit manager Merie Sigmond, de recruiter en een architect om tevens technisch de diepte in te kunnen gaan. Wederom een plezierig gesprek met mensen die zo'n enorm bedrijf een gezicht geven. Vervolgens een capaciteitentest die Sogeti inzicht geeft over het werk & denkniveau, maar ook wel eens leuk voor jezelf om te doen. De procedure eindigde met een prima aanbod.

    Someone from Sogeti asked to set up a phone interview with me after seeing one of my profiles online. I arranged a meeting with them, and they got back to me one hour before their preferred meeting time. I accepted the meeting, so they sent me some questions to fill out in preparation for the interview. After I filled out the questions, I didn't hear back from them. After 10 minutes, I asked about what was going on. No reply. After an hour, I gave up waiting. I never heard from them again.

    My takeaway is that you shouldn't feel disappointed if they contact you and then drop you. That's on their end, not yours.

    The interview process consisted of technical questions and background. They wanted to make sure that we would be able to communicate between clients and developers. The interviewees were extremely nice and kind, however there was extreme confusion and then the job just disappeared. It was disappointing that the company had miscommunication, and I never received any feedback.
