Sokrati seems to be a company in desperate need of fire-fighters to save a sinking ship. Not looking for people to grow the business.
I had multiple rounds with HR and leadership. After each round, I had to follow up much to for the next round. The discussion with HR was generic. The leadership interviews (2 of them) had just one question - What would you do if your team messed up a client account BIG TIME. Client wants to withdraw the account and is asking for a refund.
