    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Solution Providers Management Consulting (Singapore (Singapore)).

    Interview

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds of interview.

    1. Telephone interview with a Consultant- General questions asked- Why SP? More about the financial services industry. Past experiences, strengths and weaknesses. 1 min elevator pitch on why we should hire you? Lasted around 45 mins.

    2. 1st face to face interview with senior consultant- walked me through company presentation, resume based questions, 1 short case on estimating revenue of a consulting company, why SP? Why consultancy? Tested knowledge on private banking, banking industry, etc.

    3. 2nd face to face interview with Manager- Short 10 min presentation to be given by candidate on any topic of his choice, coding algorithms, brain teasers

eg. 62-63=1 - balance the equation by moving only 1 digit.
3 light bulb questions, 3 switches dont know which switch belongs to which etc.

    4. Last round with CEO. More of a formality to test your social skills, etc.

Overall very friendly interviewers. All the best!
