Started with a 30 min phone screening with a recruiter, where I got a brief introduction of the company and its culture as well as answered basic questions. The recruiter was very nice and I had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the company.
Next was about an hour Zoom video call with the hiring manager (Senior ME). He started with an introduction about the company and overall activities. I was then asked specific questions about my experience and more behavioral questions. Video call went well and the interviewer was very respectful.
Finally, I was invited to the Boston Office for an in-person interview. This started off with a tour of the offices and facilities, followed by a 30 min presentation to a small Engineering team that included the senior ME, some principle MEs, and the lead recruiter (the presentation was on a design challenge I was given about a week before). After this, I had four one on one interviews that last about an hour each. These interviews mainly consisted of questions about my background mixed in with some technical questions. Interviewers were sincere about getting to know me and provided a comfortable environment. Lunch was provided and all parking expenses were assumed by the company.
I received a call from the hiring manager the following week about the results of the interview. He informed me of the decision to go with another candidate. Overall it was a good experience, my only complaint would be how long it took.
