Received an invitation for an HR phone screen. I was told my information would be sent to hiring manager and I would receive feedback either way. The person in HR mentioned changes occurring do to growth of the company. I never heard back.

Applied through a job board; two weeks later received an email for a HR phone screen. It has been three weeks since phone screen. I haven't received any communication or a rejection email.
