Not sure what they are looking for or what magical words you need to say, but I have over 20 years of customer service (most of it in travel & tourism, and 10 yrs of airline experience) but some how I don’t fit the southwest image. I have done ever position at the airport, both inside and out...just don’t understand what the key is to getting into this company.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

Interview
I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
