Took about 4 weeks to interview, interviewed with hiring manager then team, 1 phone interview. In person interviews took 1 hour discussing skills and answering various questions on how I would approach situations. Felt I had a good shot being that it was configuration software and little coding but got rejected for a internal candidate, having a degree and experience didn't help. Hiring Manager didn't follow up.
