The Manager Is Take Your CV And Ask you some questions about your self and if you are fresher them he is not ask you to much questions nut if you are experienced then you need to give answers about his questions like
1. Why you leave your former job.
2. Why you want to join speedo.
3. How you manage customer.
4. How to attend them etc.
