I had one phone interview and one Skype interview. The process took forever; after my initial phone interview, I was told I would hear back about a second interview in a week, and two weeks later, I had to email them. After my second interview I was told I'd hear back in a week and a half; three weeks later I had to follow up with them. They emailed me twice about still deciding, until finally saying they'd gone with someone else. The interviews themselves were easy; I was basically asked resume and behavioral questions. Not sure why I didn't get the position because they seemed very enthusiastic, but I also feel like I wasn't given the opportunity to demonstrate any analytical skills.
