Pleasant, relatively quick, no stress, did not ask hard questions, good communication about the process. Two phone calls before one on one interviews with four people in the office. All was clear. People were excited to learn about me and my interests
it was good , few hr questions and cv related qstns and most of the interview revolved around cv pointers and hr stuff , technical questions were not asked mostly

Three rounds of behavioral interviews with people from the national recruiting team and employees from specific practices. The team was very friendly and curious about personal background, academic experience, and career goals. Interviewing is a big part of the job at search firms, and they did a great job.
