Applied online. Got contacted by recruiter and they were very professional and managed to set up a phone screen. The interviewer seemed to be a junior member of the team and not used to taking interviews. She pasted a question on the shared coderpad and after discussing the approach asked me to write the code which I did.
In retrospect, the code didn't work on all inputs. i did not cover all the negative scenarios because i was given a few test cases and i focused on handling them. The interviewer didnt offer any feedback and this further led me to believe that everything was fine. After around a month, i still hadn't heard back from them. At least every other company is good enough to send out rejection emails if the interviews don't work out.
