I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SpotOn (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018.

Interview

I was contacted by the hiring manager to set up an initial phone screening. Phone screening went well, went over my experience and interest in the position and was invited to come on-site the following week. The on-site involved speaking with the hiring manager, team lead, and the VP which all went well. Was told by the hiring manager that I would be updated within the week. Received no update, followed up with the hiring manager only to be told I would receive an update within that same week....and nothing. The interview process went smoothly but it was unprofessional to be promised twice that I would receive an update only to receive nothing. Even a simple email saying "no" would have been okay.
