I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SpotOn (San Francisco, CA) in March 2018.
Poor at best. Got a call from their recruiter and he had the nerve to contact me via a very noisy cell...Strike one. During the conversation, he responded to one of my comments with, 'cool'...Strike two. Found out that their "sales strategy" is to get a copy of the prospect's transaction invoice, take a picture, submit it and they will create the proposal and send back...Strike three. Very poor model...live by price, die by price. Immediate red flag that this is probably a very competitive market and they have no differentiator except for price. Ended interview at that point.
