Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Spring Mobile (Kennewick, WA).

Interview

Interview was very productive. Was a business style interview, but more related to future goals I had personally and professionally. Both store manager and DM were inviting and to the point. Felt good about just meeting this quality of people in leadership roles. Had a lot of the same views and had fun. Can't wait to be working with this caliber of people on a day to day basis

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Spring Mobile (Mesa, AZ) in August 2014.

    Interview

The interviewing manager was very professional and really enjoyed his job and didn't really ask too many questions as much as we just had a real conversation. It boiled down to I wasn't a good fit for this company. They expect their managers to sell with their team and be in direct competition with their direct reports. Unless you're a Tier 1 manager, you're essentially a sales rep with management responsibilities. He explained to me how the company is about having low overhead but how can you expect to truly grow as a company if your leaders can't truly lead and develop their direct reports.

    Interview Questions

    • There weren't any questions really asked, it was more or less just a discussion.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

Just not a good fit for my qualifications and my personality where the company is at right now
